YES! Our resources are absolutely free. In order to provide you our free resources, we need to document use of the site. This is why we ask you to register in our system. Once you register in our system, you can download as many lessons as you would like, free!
Please note that your registration information will not be sold or otherwise made accessible to any other organizations, third parties, etc.

| I have registered in your system, but can't log in! added on 2005-04-08 |
First, be sure you are entering your username, not your e-mail address. Since in some places usernames will become public in the future, we have switched to a username-based system. If you have tried the username and password you have registered with, and still can't access our system, reset your password with this form. Your username, along with a new password, will be e-mailed to the e-mail address we have on record.
If for some reason this still doesn't work, please send our system administrator a note that explains the problem; include your username and the e-mail address your registered with.

| I've lost my username and password - can I recover this information? added on 2006-07-31 |
Certainly. From the OTC Homepage, click on the Lost Password link, and enter the e-mail address you originally used to register within our system. An e-mail containing both your username AND a new random password will be sent to that e-mail address.
You can then log in with the password provided. Then, if you would like to change your password to something easy to remember, please access your User Control Panel and complete the "New Password" fields. Be sure to enter the old password where required, or your changes won't be saved.
